Coordinated the KCPU mixed-methods community assessment for the Kurdistan Regional Government, leading a team of over 40 analysts across the economy, health, electricity, and infrastructure sectors.
The second iteration introduced AI/ML models, automated data scraping, and sentiment analysis feeding dashboards used directly by government leadership for sectoral policy.
Built MERIT QualLens, a mobile-first, offline-capable qualitative data analysis tool with source-tagged triangulation across KII, IDI, FGD, and survey data, and Arabic/Kurdish right-to-left support for field research use.
Directed the evidence base for a Kurdistan Region policy brief on youth engagement in climate action, synthesizing 2,835 data points from two structured surveys (n=1,973 and n=4,421), U-Report youth data (n=1,925), and coded insight sets across four thematic domains.
Presented to a project steering committee and used to mentor three undergraduate research fellows through the process.
Led evidence synthesis for a KRI green entrepreneurship policy brief drawing on 2,089 data points across a 1,043-respondent community survey, 871 U-Report responses, and 19 KIIs/IDIs/FGDs, resulting in a decision-maker-ready brief adopted by the project steering committee.
Developed a multi-indicator KPI monitoring dashboard for a donor-supported programme in Erbil, with gender-disaggregated reporting, AI-generated narrative reports, and Excel-based import/export for integration into existing donor cycles.
Led integrated qualitative-quantitative consumer research in the Iraqi dairy category across Erbil (1,015 quantitative shopper interviews, 10 qualitative family interviews) and Baghdad (255 quantitative, 5 qualitative interviews).
Produced segment-level findings that informed brand positioning and market expansion strategy.
